Job Description

Med/Surg Units (Oncology, Ortho, Trauma, Neuro, Surgical & General) & Telemetry, Stepdown /PCU ONLY
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Licensure: Current South Carolina RN license or Multi-state Compact RN license, or the ability to obtain prior to program start.​
  • Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing program within the past year.​
  • Commitment: Willingness to commit to a full-time position at Trident Medical Center for a minimum of two years upon program completion. Early termination may result in a financial obligation. ​
  • Skills: Self-motivated individuals with strong communication abilities.​
Compensation:
  • Salary Minimum Starting Point: $31.10 (Discuss on interview round)
  • Shift Differential: $4.00 Nights/$3.00 Weekends 
  • Sign- On Bonus: Case By Case 
  • Relocation: Case By Case
