Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Patient Care & Implementation:

Provide age- and condition-appropriate nursing care for patients with complex needs.

Perform bedside point-of-care testing in accordance with the patient care plan.

Organize and prioritize care based on patient and family needs.

Use hospital standards, policies, and procedures to guide care delivery.

Consult with healthcare professionals regarding complex patient needs.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
-
Required: Nursing Diploma, ADN, or ASN from an accredited nursing program.

Preferred: BSN or MSN from an accredited nursing program.
Experience:

Required: Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience.
Licensure & Certification:

Required:
-
Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of North Carolina.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA or ARC.
