Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a couplet care setting. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for mothers and newborns, ensuring safety and support throughout their hospital stay.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans

Deliver therapeutic nursing interventions for postpartum patients and newborns

Document patient care accurately in alignment with clinical standards

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to manage patient care

Support evidence-based practices and patient advocacy
Qualifications:

1+ year of nursing experience in a related specialty with couplet care experience
Licensure & Certifications:
-
NJ RN License or Compact State License
-
BLS (AHA)
-
NIHSS Certification
