Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, patient-centered care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. The RN will collaborate with physicians, manage patient care plans, perform therapeutic interventions, and advocate for evidence-based practices.
Key Responsibilities:

Assess and evaluate patients; develop individualized care plans

Implement and document nursing care aligned with clinical standards

Perform therapeutic interventions and manage overall patient care

Utilize evidence-based practices and support care innovations

Ensure documentation meets standards of care and patient acuity
Qualifications:

ASN required; BSN preferred

NJ RN License or Compact License
-
BLS and ACLS (AHA)
-
Telemetry certification
-
Critical care experience and EPIC/Sensis experience preferred
